Welcome, I am Nancy Pedersen, your Real Estate Professional in the Central Valley.  I am a Turlock native, having been born and raised as a 3rd generation farming the Central Valley land.  After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a yearn for traveling, I worked for the airlines, where I met and married my husband, Garry from New Zealand.  An adventure took us to live in New Zealand, and our two sons, Steven and Andrew were born.  Since domestic life settled in, I was ready to return to the Central Valley after an absence of 15 years to raise our family.  Having my children attend the same schools in Turlock as I did gives me an appreciation that the Central Valley is truly a place to call home.

As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.
