The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest non-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field.  Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.

Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced education courses and have demonstrated professional expertise and experience in the field of residential real estate.  Fewer than 38,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
