One day, while driving around the neighborhoods of Turlock, we called Nancy to ask about a house she had listed. When she returned our call, we found that the house had just entered escrow. We told her that we were relocating to the area and really needed to find a rental home while searching for a home to buy. Nancy went out of her way to help us. She did some homework and called back to tell us that there was a nice home around the corner from the house we were initially interested in buying. Over the next two months, Nancy spent a great deal of time showing us homes on the market. She would never have us make a move that we were not comfortable with. Whenever we had a question or needed some professional advice, she either had the answer or would refer us to someone that we could call to get the answer.
In May, Nancy found a house that was "For Sale by Owner", and arranged to show us the home. We loved it, and as it turned out, even the owner asked Nancy to help with his obligations on his side of the transaction. We were in by June.
We would recommend Nancy to anyone. She truly makes the interests of her clients the number one priority. This was our seventh home purchase and without question, our best real estate transaction. You know when you´ve found a great realtor when you want to keep this person as your friend. In the end, we found our perfect home and the perfect Realtor.
